I wished to say what a pleasure it turned out for me to purchase a bed from Sleepy’s through the help of their salesperson. He was very helpful, truthful, patient, listened to us, and helped us pick a bed that seems, up to this point, ideal for us! It’s not easy for us due to the fact its only been about five years since we purchased a Sleepys bed.

Because our tastes had evolved I was scared of over-investing. Our salesman was personable and remembered us the few times we returned and left during these few weeks process. He sold us the bed because we trusted him and felt he had our best interest at heart, not his own. This was not the case in other stores. People today generally write letters because they are disappointed with a service or product. On the other hand, our letter is rather the contrary. We have been so thrilled with the services that people at Sleepys gave to us just recently, that we believed it warranted a letter of commendation from us.

We stopped into the Sleepys store and bought a mattress. From the start, our store assistant was considerate, patient and instructive relating to which mattress we’d would like. Nevertheless, we had to change the mattress for other mattresses, not once, but 3 times. Remember the fact that we are professional folks and don’t have a practice of changing goods we get.

This appeared to be a unique circumstance. We have to offer to Sleepys our best compliments because of their tolerance, kindness, consideration as well as, especially, the impressive way in which they cared for each exchange.
